I called the shop , they ordered Tires that I wanted . Very smooth operation at this shop. Staff is knowledgeable and on focus. Everyone working diligently and they communicate clearly. I had called other tire stores and this Big O shop was the most professional and efficient.

Mike, our customer service rep. was extremely patient helping us understand the choices. He didn't oversell tires or services and helped get us back on the road super fast.
