Big O Tires

I work in Morgan Hill but live in SJ. I'm also in the medical field which makes making appointments harder. Esther has helped me twice now from this location. She's great. I love dealing with her. I've called her both times the day before and she remembers who I am, what tires need to be ordered and just tells me to drop the car off anytime the next day. She's very quick, knowledgeable at her job and friendly. I'll keep coming back to this location because of her service. Thank you!

Was seen without an appointment. David took the time to personally ride in my car to assess the problem. David kept the solution (engine mount) focused and at minimal cost to me. At same time David shared other areas I could work on for the future--without being pushy.

Fast service. Product availability.

Even though I didn't have an appointment, they took my car and diagnosed and fixed is within a few hours (replaced all four shock absorbers. Then checked my brakes and told me they needed new pads (which I already new). They called me the next day to tell me that the parts had come in and I could bring the car in any time. I did so immediately and within 90 minutes I have functioning brakes.

The people were great I helping select tires. Israel and Dave are awesome. The experience seemed easier than most past ones I’ve had. I used America’s Tires last time and way to stuctured and not near as friendly. The people here are a real asset.
