Juan & The Mechanics Are Professional! Great Work By All. Previously, Toyota Of Gilroy Charged Me $1000.00 for A 100k Service & Missed The Defective Struts. Juan & His Staff Located It & We Went To Another Toyota Dealership & Had Them Changed Under Warranty! No More Gilroy! Saved Us Plenty & From A Possible Accident! Will Go Back When Needed!

We blew out a boat trailer tire shortly after purchasing it. We were 4 hours away from home. We called Big O and we were very pleased from the first contact.. The tires were in stock and they had time to mount and install all 4. Price was great. Speed was pleasing and we were back on the road with confidence.
