I appreciated the ease of making the appt. and the fact they were ready for me at the appt. time. They were friendly and efficient. I will keep going back for services.

They got my truck in, got the job done in a timely manner. The price was right. No BS.

All of my auto service and tire change has been with this Big O Tire location because it is very close to my residence and I really like the personnel.

An automatic dropoff // online payment option and then automatic pickup would be nice. More and more cars can be unlocked remotly so having an lockbox or keep the key in the car after completion would be nice. Same for dropoffs why not just have a dropoff place and box for the keys, no need to wait and discuss locally

Lack of knowledge on Rebate promossion, so i am out $80 Nitrogen in the tires for $26, that cost should have been spelled out. Inert gas such as Ni is not necessary in our climate. Didnt notice this charge until i got home.....shame on me. Lastly, have to drive to shop twice on two different days. Appointment process online should also be able to verify inventory at each store to ensure tires are there for installation.

Length of time

The group at this location did its best to make sure my vehicle was properly serviced. They handled themselves properly with me being curt, took initiative on making sure my vehicle could be properly aligned so my family travels safely on the road, and although their communication needs improvement, they handled themselves professionally.

It took a little longer than expected 3 hours

I had an appointment at 11am and my wait was 4 hours for 4 brand new pirelli tires and a wheel alignment. Out at 3pm, an explanation was given 3.5 hours later, the wheel alignment needs to be redone. No coffee station no water cups no compensation lunch. Tires should have take 40 min, wheel alignment 45 min.
