Big O Tires

So actually this is relative not to this latest visit, but the one before that. Like this time, I brought my wife's CTS in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up, I was told my differential was leaking and told I should get it fixed as soon as possible or it would freeze up. I was given a quote for several hundred dollars. This struck me as odd because I saw no oil stains on our garage floor where we always keep the car. I took the car over to community Garage for a second opinion, and they checked the oil level. Not only was it full, but I was told the oil was very clean. No mention was made of my differential oil on my visit to you Saturday. I have purchased two sets of tires from you, and do bring my cars in for oil changes. But I will never be able to trust you to give me further advise based just on your word. That is too bad.

price was much higher than the last tires I purchased from Big O 3 years ago for the same tires.

We were very satisfied with getting our bus in for service as well as obtaining new tires for the vehicle.

It’s nothing to do with Big O Tires not being amazing but more of a personal issue because the price was higher than expected. I did get cheaper tires and a good brand by employee Israel’s recommendation which I do appreciate.

Salesmen added tire warranty and nitrogen fill to the estimate without discussing it with me. I did not purchase warranty or nitrogen fill

Availability of alternate tire brands

Big O Tires has always provided great service for tires for our transportation fleet.

Appointment for mounting new tires was 2pm. By 2:45 car was not taken in…told it would be at least another hour, called wife to pick me up…soon thereafter the car was taken in. Overall, I feel the appointment should have been accurate when made. Very unprofessional.

I had to point out a billing error to the associate. I was being charged for maximum freon capacity vs what was actually added. this made an $80.00 difference.

From my understanding, Saturday’s are walk in only. I was one of the first to arrive but was told my oil change and tire rotation could take 2 to 4 hours because you still had work from the day before. Why is that. Why don’t you get yesterday’s work done yesterday? Look, your people are really nice. I have bought 2 sets of tires from you. The policy of carrying previous day’s work over to the next day is a management decision that really stinks.
