Big O Tires

It took longer then expected and cost significantly more then anticipated

I came in on Monday the 24th. The young woman at the desk was wearing her mask below her nose and was not very friendly or helpful. People on the 28th were wonderful!!

There was a truck with proTrump flags right.in front of the store near the entrance....another proTrumper drove by and honked with a super loud horn. I found it threatening

i didn't know the price range for the service, got a little bit surprise.

Was not shown the invoice before paying and was charged $33 for tire warranty that I never requested. When I called to have it removed the associated told me I had to come into the store however after complaining the assistant manager fixed the problem by phone.

Wait time for check in took 20 minutes. Phone ringing off the hook and potential customers had to be very patient. This was my second visit due to this situation. Ownership needs to be present if they want to be successful.

I would rather make an appointment than just be first come first served

Tire options were not communicated to me during my visit. Also was told I should buy 2 tires for a made up reason

Oil change price too high

It was a very good service but I was told it would take able 2-3 hours. It ended up taking a little over 4 hours.
