Good deal on oil change

I wanted to take part of the 4th of July sale. However none of the tires shown online for my vehicle were available in my location so I had to pay full price on a different set not included in the sale.

I was quoted a 2 hour wait to install two new tires and to align the front end. I purchased at 8:30 am. the tires were installed by 10:30 am, told that I would be next for the alignment in 20 minutes, and continued to wait at the store, but gave up at noon and asked my wife to pick me up for lunch. Finally got a text at 2 pm that the vehicle was ready. The entire experience was misjudged as to expended time, and it took much too long for the front end alignment.

Not able to make an appointment. Was told several lug nuts were broken and it cost to replace. Big O is the only place my car has been for service and I don’t know how they were broken

There was no problems with my visit. I had to take the car back for a sound it was making, but it was a small matter and quickly fixed

It was a very normal, routine alignment. Minimal interaction with staff. Nothing to complain about but also nothing to exactly highlight

That had to do with me. I did not get there early enough to get in and out in an hour. Nothing about store #5302 was negative in any way.

The tires I wanted were not available. I had to go with my second choice. Also would not give it top marks because the tires had to be ordered for the next day so I just left my car at the shop. The next day I got a call telling me the tires had arrived and when could I drop off the car. Obviously the left hand was not talking to the right hand. This keeps top marks off the chart.

made appt for oil change, but when I got there, associate said they don't have anyone to work on the car for 2 or 3 hours

Was told car would be ready by 5:15pm and it wasn't finished until 5:50pm.
