Made appointment on line on A Friday for following Monday at 9am. Appointment approved Saturday, but no mention was made that the tires I wanted would not be there at the appointment time. I made the appointment as a ‘waiter’ but when I arrived at 9 I was informed the tires wouldn’t be delivered till 10:30...they got there at around noon. The appointment e mail approval should have stated the tires would be in route and were not in stock so I could have arranged a ride. As it was, I went for a 3 hr walk when I dropped off and the car was done around 1:00. The tires are great and the staff did a good job being 2 techs down that day...no problems with the staff!

Vehicle came out of Service Bay and parked. As I was waiting for my vehicle I could see when one was pulled out an Associate would come out and call the owner and take in side to pay. Mine came out and parked and I waited 20 minutes but no contact. I went inside and asked an Associate what the situation was. He was on the Phone and said he would take care of it right after the Phone call. When finished with Phone he went to Service Bay I presume but I waited another 15 minutes and I had to ask him status. Well he said we had you scheduled for a free alignment check. I stated you could have told me and he said well since you are in a hurry here is your tag. Take it to person at register to pay. he was not by ant means or discourteous bur xseem a bit tight lipped.

When I was presented with the bill before signing I don’t think the clerk said clearly alignment was free vs alignment check was free. If you know it’s $89 for an alignment then mention it as a possibility when the bill is presented not later.

Dissatisfied part, I submitted a warranty claim, manager never got back to me, I ended up calling a month later when my tire blew. Before this visit when I was told the tires need replacing, no one told me there’s a factory warranty I can claim, just told me I need new tires, repaired my leak but stripped my wheel stud and nut, I didn’t know this until I took my tire off at home. Was fixed when I brought it to their attention when the new tires was installed. But all else satisfied

A customer waiting in line should be helped before a customer via phone. I had to wait a long time for the associate to trouble shoot an invoice via phone.

Check the work done; do not promise time work done too loosely. If you need two hours said so; don't said only one hour oil changed needed.

Need to talk to you in person about my tires. Was told could not rotate tires if tires over 6 years old. Purchased 4all tires together. 3 tires were 5 years 3 months old and 1 tire was 11 years old. Communication between employees and projects scheduled . I own Pure Tech Plumbing . This was first time I sent one of nine trucks for new tires . I was not impressed . Nice people, employees are fine . Just need to step up training and organize . I deal with building hotel . Lo
