Monday morning at 815am i came in just to get oil change (no appointment). Lady at the check in is an amazing employee, she really cares about what she does and is clearly a hard working employee. She described everything in detail and was very friendly to talk to. Waited for two hours in the tv room, very cold, for some guy to tell me its done. I guess he puts the paperwork and key on some hook on the wall and walks away. I then look out and there are three or four people in line now. I feel awkward because do i have to get in line now and wait for three others to check in before, all i need to do is pay. Thought there should be at least an expedited process for check outs. Price was great, owner checked me out after i hinted to him that i just wanted to pay him…New in town, but may try another business, may come back…

The way of the store manager communicated to the customer. I asked him for the way to save money for the store but he kept implying that he doesn’t care whatever I do. I purchased the Groupon but when I got to the store the didn’t tell me that the filters for my oil change was out or give me the option. At the end I have to paid extra 27.45 more. I’m not mad if the told me at first and gave me the chance to comeback basically his customers service was very poor. Good luck

I had to take my car in three times to have tires rotated. First time was when I had the car serviced. asked to remove screw in left rear tire and make sure tire was not compromised. Second time took in and they removed the screw but still did not rotate tires. Third time tires were finally rotated. Manager assured me that he would send me a free oil change due to the inconvenience via e mail. Several weeks have gone by and I have received nothing.

Communication - I called asking if there was availability and was told they could and to come by in the next hour. I left sanjose from work and got there within the hour they said. Once there they told me sorry were booked out can’t help you… this was a waste of time for me not only loss of hours but couldn’t even get my tire repaired. Everytime I have came here I experience some sort of same issues even when making appointments. This is my last time coming here and will not recommend this location as the service is spotty at best.
