Simple oil change took a 4.5 hour wait even though I got there 15 minutes when they opened being the 3 customer. Even when my car was finished, as I saw, nobody called me after 35 minutes and waited another 20 minutes just tell them my car is done, "please check me out". Also, I saw people come and go while my car hasn't been serviced. Is there really a line or whoever they like they serviced first? When I asked, the service representative told me the male customer was a regular and the lady customer had something doctors appointment. Of course, they assumed I had 4.5 hours to spare sitting in the waiting room. I am writing bad review on my blob telling them what horrific experience and yelp.

i bought a groupon and was going to be charged an extra $36…the manager was rude and told the associate to give it to me because he didn’t feel like dealing with it…not happy

Just be honest about the waiting time. I was told to leave my car for 2 hours, it took more than 3 and a half hours but no one called to let me know. I called after an hour of the drop off to confirm but still I was not told the right approximate time.

Was told I needed $1200 in repairs. Took to another mechanic who disagreed. I paid $125.

I was told I needed four new tires. I had purchased two at this store 14,000 miles ago. I queried the representstive and she said there was uneven wear. I had looked at the tires right before. There was no uneven wear. I think the rep did not tell the truth to make a sale for Big O.

Communication is not clear. Ordered 4 tires total. Informed us that 2 tires were delivered, called why I didn’t show up on my appt. if tires are not there, wby would i go to my appt.

Brought car to have brakes checked and was told I had a cracked boot on the axle and that I needed front and back brakes. The cost would have been close to 1k. I took car to Honda and there was no issue with the axle and only the front brakes/ rotors needed to be resurfaced. Total cost was under $300.
