Shanna is my kind of awesome customer service! She know the products and services available very well! The new tech impressed me with his attention to detail, down to being the first big o tech to use the proper lift points on my truck without my intervention. This has been an issue at other shops for me as well.

Tire was patched while I ate lunch next door. They put the spare back neatly and filled all of the other tires up to spec.

SHANNA…. RATED #1 as the TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE! Big O tire in Morgan hill WOULD NOT be as an awesome work place with the professional, Customer care and knowledgeable Shanna. She is patient and understanding with all the customers and the technicians. Not all auto shop have this jewel as employee. I could take my business to other auto dealerships, but I choose Big O Tires because of the care from my care and I trust the services they provide. They are all friendly and willing to help. A fair and quality auto shop to bring your car.
