Customer service has decreased over the years. I was a big fan. I am no longer a fan of big tires

Best customer experience of all car service centers I have visited, busy place but people were being attended quickly. Loved frequent updates from Shanna Kennedy and technicians had great sense of urgency and were down to earth with great attitude. Will go again for future car repairs and maintenance.

Personel were extemely competent in handling my questions and handling unanticipated variables.

Melissa was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. All during the process she communicated with me as to when the tires would arrive and the cost. She also informed me that the tires needed to be aligned and then called me when the car was ready for pick up. Overall, a great transaction.

I am now a loyal and repeat customer based on the level of service I have received from Shana, service writter, and her predecessors. I have confidence in your technicians abilities and in the past they have explained and showed me what was needed to be repaired and gave valid reasons for their suggestion. This time I brought my 14 year old Honda in for coolant, brake, and power steering fluid replacement. It was suggested based on age, not mileage because this is a very low milage vehicle. Thanks.

Everything went as expected or better.

I had to replace my tire due to a nail puncture. Unfortunately it was the 2nd time in 6 months. Israel was the person I spoke to on the phone to see if a replacement tire was in stock. He helped me select the tire and ordered it for me. Israel was there when I dropped my car off. Working in the customer service field myself, I can say that he is great with customers. Israel needs to get a raise ASAP. Hopefully I won’t be back anytime soon due to a nail in my tire, but if I do, glad to know Israel will be there to help me out.
