I love Big O toys they are very professional and helpful. The employees are super sweet and didn't mind explaining things to me twice if I needed them too.

I asked for a diagnoses of my problem which was a "service engine soon" message on my dashboard. Since it was late in the day on Saturday, I came back on Sunday morning. The problem turned out to be that my gas cap was not tightened correctly. I received paperwork and then I drove to my sons house as I was visiting from Los Angeles. Everyone was very friendly!
