All the staff were attentive and polite. They did more than what was expected and completed my car quickly. The desk people were friendly and engaging. It was a plesent time and the desk people were fun to spend time with.

Drove to San Diego for vacation and ran over a huge bolt on our first day. Went to this location to see if tire could be fixed. Being as it was a run flat tire, it could not. Giovanni helped us order two new tires, kept my car overnight and made arrangements to have them delivered and replaced by the next day. He called me several times the following day to keep me informed of the progress of my tire installation and when we could pick my car back up and continue on with our vacation plans. Giovanni and the rest of the Big O Tire team turned our bad situation into a mild inconvenience.

Everything was professional and I'm 100% satisfied.

I went in to get an oil change and have my breaks checked. The oil change was done before I could walk to a nearby lunch place! They inspected my breaks and informed me that they actually looked good. I feel it is rare to find a mechanic that will be straight forward and honest like that. Andrew, the mechanic who worked on my car, is professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and friendly as well!

Accomodated me as I was in town in vacation and needed front end work to be able to safely return to AZ

They not only put new tires but found a missing lug nut. They found a place to replace it and put it on for free. Very satisfied!
