They patched my flat tire and didn't try to get me to buy a new one when I didn't need it.

Very knowledgeable staff that were able address the problem with my tires while also explaining the process such that there weren’t any surprises at the end.

This is my first time at this franchise.Really nice staff. They even recommended a lunch spot for me to go to. My car was already done when I got back.

I was so pleased with the speedy replacement of my blown out tire on a Monday morning, before work! Could not have been happier!

I arrived without an appointment and the staff took care of my situation pretty fast and with such a positive energy. The overall visit went pretty fast and they explained what they were going to do with my car and provided a clear bill.

In new mexico state , my father always went the big O tires for his trucks alot. he is right about the tires are great for ranch and off road. i got my own new tires from the big O tires for my truck. brand is big foot tires , i love those . thanks shanu for service my trucks.... thumb ups

I was and am highly satisfied. The only thing that was unusual was having to pay a 20% deposit for four tires even though the sale expired a day after my appointment. That was unusual and I probably would not do that again. I asked for a receipt for the 20% payment via email and did not get it. This was two days before my appointment. I had to call my credit card company to see if it was done (it was).

Service was performed under the quoted time and everything was done as quoted.

I came in with a flat that had to be replaced and needed an alignment and rotation. They went through everything in detail and verified the tread depth on my existing tires. They gave me a variety of service options and prices with details of the differences.

Very grateful that I was able to call and make a same-day appointment. We are traveling full-time, so it is sometimes challenging to get our service done when we're always in a new city. In addition, the staff was comfortable with us leaving our car on their lot for a few extra hours while we went and got dinner. Thank you very much!

The staff was very friendly over the phone and in person. I was able to get the tires I needed at the price advertised. I waited in the store and the employees checked in on me several times during my visit to make sure I was comfortable and doing alright, and giving me updates on where my car was at in the process!
