Very helpful and cooperative. I have trusted them with standard maintenance on my car two consecutive times now. Students get a 10% discount, so that's a plus.

I arrived without an appointment and the staff took care of my situation pretty fast and with such a positive energy. The overall visit went pretty fast and they explained what they were going to do with my car and provided a clear bill.

Nice people, upfront about price. No delays

I went there to get my flat tire repaired, but ended up buying a new tire because they couldn't repair it. They offered the warranty on all of the tires that I thought I had purchased the last time I went to Big O in Cedar City, Utah. They were fast and friendly. Very trustworthy!

I was and am highly satisfied. The only thing that was unusual was having to pay a 20% deposit for four tires even though the sale expired a day after my appointment. That was unusual and I probably would not do that again. I asked for a receipt for the 20% payment via email and did not get it. This was two days before my appointment. I had to call my credit card company to see if it was done (it was).

I came in with a flat that had to be replaced and needed an alignment and rotation. They went through everything in detail and verified the tread depth on my existing tires. They gave me a variety of service options and prices with details of the differences.

The staff was very friendly over the phone and in person. I was able to get the tires I needed at the price advertised. I waited in the store and the employees checked in on me several times during my visit to make sure I was comfortable and doing alright, and giving me updates on where my car was at in the process!

The man that helped me was hands down the nicest, most polite and curtious person I've met. He made everything super easy for us and got us through our tire repair and back to our vacation in less than an hour. He was amazing!!!!

Instead of selling me a new tire, they found and fixed a hole which made it much less pricey. Will def come back to get a full tire replacement in the future!!!
