Big O Tires

Shawn does always a great job whenever I bring my truck . He goes out of his way to please his customers. I even remember that way back, before the existence of Uber and such companies, he drove me to my house in his own car.

The Manager and his staff were the nicest people. Excellent Customer Service!

I stopped in a few days before this visit and Eric checked my tires and filled them. Two days later I had my light go back on...went directly back to have my service performed. I was at this store because I had picked up a nail in one of my tires. I am a long-time Big O customer from Northern California and very much appreciate the "we'll fix your flats"� promise. Fortunately, I've only had to use this service a couple of times in quite a few years, but it's handy when you need it. I don't easily provide praise, but I am very happy to share my positive experience at this store. Jesus, the office manager, was truly amazing. I started and ran my own small company and would have very much liked to have people like Jesus working with me. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I watched him deal with a number of different and potentially difficult situations. He dealt with each of them professionally and managed to treat the other person, be it a customer or service person, with respect. He did the same with our Big O store in N. California when they complained about his request to send a copy of our purchase invoice and urged him to just fix it as we were "good customers"�. Before leaving, I complemented Jesus and asked where he picked up his management and people interaction techniques. He shared some of his philosophy and personal experience. I left his store with much more than a fixed flat "� with some wisdom I started to put to use that same day.
