I needed two tires for my EV after hitting a pothole and having them blow out. I called Big O on Garnet Ave in San Diego and they were able to locate and order the tires. They got them the next day and changed them within a couple of hours of when I dropped off my car. Service was excellent, the price was communicated clearly. Very happy with my experience.

The man that checked me in was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I am always a little skeptical wjen it comes to taking my car to the shop for reasons we all know but I have gone to Big O Tires for the last 4 issues relating to my car and they have always done a honest and reasonably priced great job.

Jojo and team were fantastic and friendly. Ordered me a tire on Sunday, it came on Tuesday, dropped my car off on Wednesday after work and they were done within the hour. Really appreciated them being open on Sunday, as I could have been screwed otherwise!

I came in to replace a tire that had a continual slow link. I was treated with respect and informed that I did indeed have a nail through the tire and it was smart of me to come in for a replacement. I was out within 20 minutes. Very professional staff. Thank you-

I went in earlier this week to get my tires changed.They were fast!

Our service writer was professional and courteous. Communication was clear and concise. I was pleased with a full set of my chosen tires in stock and the care with which they treated my vehicle.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I had a really old custom truck that needed tires they went out of there way to find me tires. I also had a rim that they could not get off they went above and beyond to help me find a new one and replaced it. I would defiantly recommend this place to all my friends and family. Very helpful.
