Big O Tires

I went into this store to have a new set of tire put on my car. I called ahead and was able to get a price quote and set up an appointment with easily and effectively. Once I arrived and was greeted respectfully and their team went right to work. The did a great job, with quality service and in a very good time frame. All in all, was very satisfied with my experience. I have already recommended this location to two of friends, and they have already gone in for new tires.

Went there. They were great job fixed balance 4 tires. Made my jeep so smooth now.

It was an emergency repair. I needed to get back on the road quick to make a deadline. They got me in and out in less then and hour. Needless to say, I made the deadline and they saved the day.

I called and told them I had a flat tire and needed to come ASAP but they said they closed at 4. I told them I would hurry. I got there at 3:57 and they happily fixed my tires and were friendly and funny.

Went into the store for new tires, they didn't have the tires I needed. I was going to Europe the next day and the man helping me said they'd order them for me and have them waiting when I got back and sure enough, they did :)! Awesome service, nice guys.

I received the service I came for. The tech left a lot of dirt on my floor mats but cleanup was easy. Great front counter customer service.
