I came there. And order new 4 tires for my jeep. Guy was nice and big help. Then my tires arrived he txt me because he knows I am deaf. Everything was smooth. Thumb up!!! Thanks.

Family oriented establishment

I went in, on a Saturday, without an appointment, because I had a nail in my tire. Jesus, the manager did such a great job of explaining why the tire could not just be patched (even has me Google it so I could “trust” him). And then why it would be better to replace two tires instead of just the one. Gave me several different pricing options. The work was completed even sooner than I had anticipated.

I made an appointment for an oil change. The attendant was ready upon arrival and performed all services, including filter change, tire check and rotation, in the time quoted. The promation price was much appreciated and I'll be back in 3,000 miles.

Ive been loyal customer with big o tires for a few years now. They are very knowledgeable and always help to understand what is needed for my car. I value there honesty and great service. Theres no reason for me to go elsewhere. Thank you!

I have been a regular customer of the Pacific Beach Big O Tires store for several years and I will not go anywhere else. The personal service I get from Dave and his crew is the best. There have been times when my car has needed 6 different things. Dave and his crew actually prioritized them for me and made recommendations on what I had to do right away and what I could wait on. I really appreciate that type of integrity. I recommend this store highly.

Everything great, but appointment was set for 10am. Car wasn’t looked at till after 11. Other than that, everything was great.
