I came there. And order new 4 tires for my jeep. Guy was nice and big help. Then my tires arrived he txt me because he knows I am deaf. Everything was smooth. Thumb up!!! Thanks.

The staff was courteous and professional. They made sure my wheels were properly aligned and that my car was safe. I would go back there every time!

I made an appointment for an oil change. The attendant was ready upon arrival and performed all services, including filter change, tire check and rotation, in the time quoted. The promation price was much appreciated and I'll be back in 3,000 miles.

I have been a regular customer of the Pacific Beach Big O Tires store for several years and I will not go anywhere else. The personal service I get from Dave and his crew is the best. There have been times when my car has needed 6 different things. Dave and his crew actually prioritized them for me and made recommendations on what I had to do right away and what I could wait on. I really appreciate that type of integrity. I recommend this store highly.

John was very helpful. He discussed with me other services that needed to be performed. I elected to replace the air and cabin filter and John called the following day to remind me to mail in the rebate. I don't know too many people that are that thoughtful. I have been coming to this location of big O tires for over 20 years. They are always very helpful, and I feel they are honest. I would like to get more coupons for oil changes. I bought my tires at this location and I am happy with the service I have received

They were time efficient and My car drives smoother than before I had new tires put on. Shaun provided excellent service and advice.

Went to have tire rotation inspection revealed my tread depth was insufficient to rotate so no charge was applied and an estimate for new tires was provided no high pressure do buy

They were polite and fast, they repaired the tire and we were on our way. The tire had a nail and just needed the repair, we were not there to buy tires.
