I have been coming to this location of big O tires for over 20 years. They are always very helpful, and I feel they are honest. I would like to get more coupons for oil changes. I bought my tires at this location and I am happy with the service I have received

I went in for a Low tire Pressure light on my dashboard, they fixed my tire, re-set my car's computer system and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!

What a great experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Stopped by for a brake inspection and brake fluid flush. I mentioned the front brakes were original and had over 15 years and 115,000 miles on them. I expected a brake job. They informed me that the brakes were ok and did not need replacing. Did a thorough inspection, flushed the fluid and threw in a free lubrication. Would definitely return!!

Went to have tire rotation inspection revealed my tread depth was insufficient to rotate so no charge was applied and an estimate for new tires was provided no high pressure do buy

I service my vehicles here and they do a good job and are honest and real. They can do everything from oil changes and transmission fluid flushes to more difficult services like transmission swap-outs. Of course they do tires too. Talk to Shawn or Chris and they will help you out.

Prior to this stop at big O, garnet ave. Pacific Beach, I had been to 2 other large tire chain stores. They both were only interested in trying to sell me 4 unneeded tires. At big O, Sean was honest and immediately addressed only my needs. I have here in PB for over 25 years and I have shared this experience with a half dozen people. I called to have a tire ordered and my call back was timely when it arrived. I set up an appt. To have tire installed. It was only one tire do I waited and it always completed in 20-30 minutes. Customer Service explained exactly why the tire needed replacement and Even showed it to me. I will retire for my next tires. Thank you!
