Service was prompt and professional. No one attempted to sell me something I didn't need. In and out while I waited and they kept me apprised of what they were doing. As attentive to my time as they were to my vehicle.

John A helped me obtain the exact tires I wanted and provided me a complete cost estimate. The tires were delivered on time and installed the next day. I also had the front and rear ends aligned. John explained the alignment diagram to me so I understood what it meant. I drive off road a lot and knew my vehicle needed alignment but it was helpful to understand exactly why. I also had Big O do an oil change, price was comparable to other places. At all times John stayed in good communication with me, by phone and text. I've always had good service from Big O, and have been buying tires at this location for 20 years. I'll be back again when I need another set of tires. Jesus was outstanding. He explained and showed me what was wrong with my tires. In past service experience with mechanics I have felt underwhelmed. He did not patronize me as a female that knows nothing about cars. He offered me great rates to come back when I need new tires. 10 out of 10! I will be back.
