Service was prompt and professional. No one attempted to sell me something I didn't need. In and out while I waited and they kept me apprised of what they were doing. As attentive to my time as they were to my vehicle.

Communication. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Have never had an issue in my years of going to Big O.

I was visiting San Diego on business my car was sliding around on the road, called big o and they said come on by so I did. They put on 4 new tires and changed my oil. The big o team did a great job!! Thank You!!!

Jesus was outstanding. He explained and showed me what was wrong with my tires. In past service experience with mechanics I have felt underwhelmed. He did not patronize me as a female that knows nothing about cars. He offered me great rates to come back when I need new tires. 10 out of 10! I will be back.

They got the tires I wanted at a reasonable price

Great Job: I used them last Friday. Dave the owner and Chris the manager were very helpful on helping me choose my tires. They got my tires in the next day of ordering them and there guys were able to put my tires on without any trouble.

John A helped me obtain the exact tires I wanted and provided me a complete cost estimate. The tires were delivered on time and installed the next day. I also had the front and rear ends aligned. John explained the alignment diagram to me so I understood what it meant. I drive off road a lot and knew my vehicle needed alignment but it was helpful to understand exactly why. I also had Big O do an oil change, price was comparable to other places. At all times John stayed in good communication with me, by phone and text. I've always had good service from Big O, and have been buying tires at this location for 20 years. I'll be back again when I need another set of tires.
