Timely and friendly service

I was visiting San Diego for a few days and had a tire issue. Knowing that I needed new tires, I was helped by David who was friendly and very helpful. He found what was best for me and went out of his way to help me with some lug nut issues that's i had on the car. I would highly recommend this store for any service needs.

I like the greatest customer service

I went in to get an oil change and my tires rotated and everything went smoothly! I also had a dent in my front bumper and they went ahead and pushed it out so I no longer have a dent. Very awesome of them. Great service.

Everyone at Big O in Pacific Beach is really friendly and seems pretty genuinely there to help. I had a problem that may have needed new parts ordered if not for the genius of one of your shop workers. He was able to fix the door to my gas tank by hand and it saved me a lot of money!
