Jesus at Big O is the most helpful, friendly, and straightforward person I have ever brought my car in to. He is the reason that I continue to come to this Big O location and if I have any issues with my car maintenance wise he is the first person I ask.

I had a number of questions about lift points on the vehicle, wear patterns on the tires, lug nut tightness, etc...Sergio really took some time to walk me thru all the things to look for...likewise, the wider tires had a slight rub on the wheel liner that Sergio was quick to point out and fix...really some outstanding customer service from Sergio and hope he gets recognized. I honestly shopped around a few shops in the area(discount, firestone and evans). I left each shop with zero confidence as they couldn't even explain wheel requirements for my spare from a OD, offset and backspace perspective. You by far have the best staff in all of PB

I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and was told it would take about one hour. They took my car right on time, and it was back and ready in one hour! Came in a rush having to get back to Orange county and they had me in and out with a new tire in 15 minutes. It was amazing.

Jesus is a very pleasant & customer-service oriented Manager. He is very personable & provided me with an update on how long it would take to complete the service. He is one of the main reasons I frequent this BIG-O Tires location.

I had my oil changed and my alignment corrected. It was done in a timely manner and they let me know what needs to be done on my Jeep and when I should have it done - didn't try to up sell me. Would definitely recommend! Thanks!

The service was excellent and the people was nice respectful and kind.

I really appreciated Chris' help with fixing my tires after I popped them on a chunk of metal sticking out of the curb! I was super nervous because it was a brand new car and the rims were all scratched but everything was fixed and looked amazing! Everything was done super quickly and the customer service was amazing.

Talked about kind tires for trailer and pressure then prices.
