Big O Tires

Had an emergency situation with both right side tires destroyed in encounter with curb. Had triple A tow vehicle to Big O on a Saturday afternoon of a busy three day weekend. They were on the job like a Indy racing pit crew and I was back on the road within an hour. Outstanding service.

Staff was very thorough with the assessment of the car, and I was assisted in a timely manner. Great customer service/ family atmosphere. Had my appointment originally scheduled at 11 but they were able to accommodate me 1 hr earlier.

Everyone was great. I bought all four tires there over the past two years or so. I like the service and convenient location. You guys rock.

Came in with a flat tire and was in a hurry. They moved me to the front of the line and took care of it in a timely fashion and it was all covered because I have Big O Tires on my car. Great service and friendly guys!!

I requested that they look into a rattle in the front end of the car when going over a rough road. They discovered a loose connection on the brake pad and arranged for me to bring it back for repair.

Patched a tubeless tire on the spot. Did not have an appointment. Crews were available. Very timely.

Thought we had a tire that was out of round when we came into Big O.Our real problem was a cracked transfer case and scored drive train.We were on vacation and this could have been a disastrous event,but they accomplished an almost miracle and acquired parts in a most timely manner and worked overtime to put us back on the road to complete our vacation.Amazing and so professional!

Hard to answer some of these questions as we were simply visiting the area and had a tire blowout. The staff was efficient at locating a replacement tire and mounting it in a timely manner.
