Both greeters were friendly. My service agent walked me to my car, was informative and answered my questions about my tires. He then printed out and estimate of the total charges. No hidden fees. They passed my car to the mechanic who put the 4 tires and balanced the wheels.

My experience with Big O Tires was great. David was very fast in getting information to me and getting me set up for tire maintenance. I've already recommended my wife take her vehicle in as well.
