I wasn't greeted at my car BUT I believe it was because a few folks were at lunch and the rest were working away. This by far was the best experience and I will most definitely be back. Your desk person and the tech that pulled the bolt out of my tire were awesome. I mentioned I was going on a long road trip (Cali to Kentucky) and he made sure I was set. So fantastic!!

Both greeters were friendly. My service agent walked me to my car, was informative and answered my questions about my tires. He then printed out and estimate of the total charges. No hidden fees. They passed my car to the mechanic who put the 4 tires and balanced the wheels.

THE PROBLEM WAS IDENTIFIED AND TAKEN CARE OF.

It is hard to know if I got a good deal or not.. But what I do know is that for almost fifteen years Big O tires has given me good service.. when I bought tires from them the rotated them for free, and checked the air every month.. I think I got a good set of tires at a good price this last time.and was promised they would last the mileage in the quote.The new tires seem to ride better than my old ones that came new with the car.

Jesus and the crew were awesome. They explained everything. I originally wanted two tires and Jesus let me know I really needed four but didn’t pressure. Because he didn’t make me feel like I had to buy them today. I did buy them. Thank for not pressuring me and making this experience so easy.

I called first thing in the morning to see if they could fit me in that day as I had a long trip planned for the upcoming Monday and my brakes had started to make a weird noise the night before. I did not have an appointment and was worried about time. Sean was very helpful. I brought my car in and they performed the brake inspection and brake work my car needed as well as an overdue oil change and a new air filter. My car was done in only a few hours! Everyone was friendly, professional and I was back on the road by early afternoon.

Its been a while since I had my tires replaced but Big O in Pacific Beach made the process super easy and convienient. I was recommended the best tires for the price for my vehicle, and have the utmost confidence that I got the best possible deal. Took less than a few hours for peace of mind.
