I had some tire damage that would have prevented me from driving home to Northern CA the next morning. The person who helped me met my every need, including an expediting of the work to be done. He was friendly, the environment was professional, and I am very grateful for how it was all handled. As a woman, it felt great to be treated so respectfully and to feel like my needs and questions were met with upmost professionalism.

All 4 tires replaced, and 4-wheel alignment with thrust angleI was very impressed with Shaun C. and the tech staff at this oulet (that's high praise from a former dealership tech, Service Manager, and Volvo Factory Rep !). Great service start to finish. I called prior to arriving for some wheels and alignment. Though they couldnt do the alignment without good parts, they gave me an estimate and payment options and even a timeframe. Friendly and straightforward people. Will come back when I get my parts in.

Hi David, how was the dentist on Tuesday? Shaun got me right in; was able to order the shocks right away and they arrived quickly and I was out of the shop in a just about an hour from when I drove up. Shaun deserves a raise; he works very hard and is very professional.
