New management that understands the primary reason I loved going there in the past: honest, upfront service and clear explanations from knowledgeable folks. They got work done on time and within my budget. Im happy to say I can once again recommend this location.

A screw went right into the RR tire, smack in the middle of the tread. They were slammed on a Saturday, but still took the car in. In no time at all, the tire was fixed, FOR FREE!!!! Part of the warrantyReally good guys! Highly recommend them!

I have many choices of service facilities in San Diego, however after being to many local service shops, I choose Big O Tires in Pacific Beach!

Went to Firestone first. They acted agitated I even walked in the door. Was told they were too busy today. Checked out big o, and they were also busy but very accommodating. Got me in, got a good service for a good price. I will be back.

I was a walk-in and the issues with my car were looked at and fixed in about two hours. I was shocked at how affordable my bill was. Everyone working was kind and very informative. I am very happy with my visit, I will definitely be coming here from now on.
