Great service!

Employees were very kind and helpful. Although I scheduled an appt at 4pm, they tolld me I would not be able to get my car back until the next morning which wasn't a big deal to me. They pointed out an issue that I needed to get fixed and gave me a free quote. Very profession and efficient employees.

It was fast and efficient. Although this time they didn't mention that I needed a new tie rod, or suggested that I replace my tires, like last time.

A BIG O TIRES ELSEWHERE MADE A MISTAKE OF SELLING ME WRONG TIRES FOR MY VEHICLE. BIG O TIRES MADE IT RIGHT AND REPLACED ALL 4 TIRES WITH THE CORRECT ONES AND A NEW TIRE SENSOR. THANKS FOR STANDING BY YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THAT IS BUSINESS INTEGRITY AT ITS FINEST.

Needed a new front tire for my 2009 Prius. I was able to purchase what I needed for a fair price and installation and alignment was quick - great experience!

I have a steering vibration now and I need to do the wheel balance again.

Jose and the other gentleman who gave us advice and free estimate on our corvette alignment option were extremely helpful and honest. They helped me put hub caps on for free and again so helpful!!! Thanks, Brandy

The gentleman That helped me from start to finish was Jesus. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the tires I needed and the alignment. I previously had called a few other places to find out what they had to offer. A couple of those other businesses didn’t carry the type of tires my car needed. What would help your waiting area would be a few more chairs. Other then that, everything was great. Thank you Big O Tires, and Jesus. 😀

They seemed a little stressed out and were not immediately welcoming to incoming customers. Possibly short staffed. I loved that they could tell me what was wrong with no pressure for me to fix it if it wasn't immediately necessary. This helps me trust them more than other places, including the dealership. Thanks guys!

Came in for a flat repair but through a series of unfortunate events had to leave my vehicle due to a broken ignition switch. Since it had to stay anyway decided to put 4 new Cooper AT3's on it too. Flipped the bad to a mostly good.
