During the Covid virus I suggest you put a couple of plastic chairs out front so people waiting can sit outside. I sat on the curb which was not terrible

Constant attempts to up sell and did not inclose that tire insurance was added to the purchase or give me the option if I wanted it. I had to specifically ask for the break down.

Very good and fast service. The team was efficient and took the time to explain what was wrong with my tire.

I was highly satisfied with Big O Tires and have created a client if any other problems occur. This would be due to the fact that once calling they have quickly answered the phone in a professional manner as well as having answers for the questions I asked. Upon arriving and looking at the problem they promised they would do everything in their power to solve and gave me a recommendation on what tire to buy to match up with the others. I was overall satisfied and was grateful due to the fact that they were able to get the problem solved.

Manager Jesus was great but his associate was not friendly at all. He kept me waiting to take care of his deliveryman who interrupted my payment process. Good five minutes and never apologized for the interruption. Obviously your deliveryman is more important than your paying customers.

Ease of explaining the tires that I waned. They were in the garage in a day and the entire process was done in less than 2.5 hours.

Overall, this location was meet my expectation. I was welcomed when I walked into the front store. Asked me what I needed help on today. I told them my concerns and they address the issue. When the mechanic was working on my car, he took care of my car not to scratch or damage the vehicle in anyway. He took his time driving my vehicle into the bay and checked all the tires. They recommend to replace my tires but I was not ready to replace them just yet. There were no pressure whatsoever. I like that!
