Constant attempts to up sell and did not inclose that tire insurance was added to the purchase or give me the option if I wanted it. I had to specifically ask for the break down.

Had been going to the same location for over 20yrs

We had a screw in our tire and they fixed it. The staff was very helpful even considering they were about to close. I am very thankful to for the repair. We were out of town and it was late when i noticed the problem. HONESTLY Thanks my family made it home safe because of you guys!

Very good and fast service. The team was efficient and took the time to explain what was wrong with my tire.

I had a nail in my tire. They were able to take me that afternoon. Turns out the nail hadn't gone all the way through and they removed it for free!

These guys are extremely thorough with your car repairs.

Manager Jesus was great but his associate was not friendly at all. He kept me waiting to take care of his deliveryman who interrupted my payment process. Good five minutes and never apologized for the interruption. Obviously your deliveryman is more important than your paying customers.

Overall, this location was meet my expectation. I was welcomed when I walked into the front store. Asked me what I needed help on today. I told them my concerns and they address the issue. When the mechanic was working on my car, he took care of my car not to scratch or damage the vehicle in anyway. He took his time driving my vehicle into the bay and checked all the tires. They recommend to replace my tires but I was not ready to replace them just yet. There were no pressure whatsoever. I like that!
