Big O Tires

They replaced my brakes. They also changed the oil, but it didn't need it. I couldn't remember when the oil was changed last so I went along with their recommendation.

We had a screw in our tire and they fixed it. The staff was very helpful even considering they were about to close. I am very thankful to for the repair. We were out of town and it was late when i noticed the problem. HONESTLY Thanks my family made it home safe because of you guys!

I don't think I got a receipt emailed to me and I'd like one if possible. Also, I was told I'd be eligible for a free rotation within 180 days of purchasing my new tires. How could I redeem that at a different store up in the Santa Cruz area in the next 4 days? Thank you for your help!

I always get my oil changed and tire rotations at Big-O because the price and quality are incredible! The wait time is reasonable even without an appointment. On my last two visits, I do feel as the sales staff has been a bit too "pushy" with trying to have me purchase additional repairs and products. I'm typically not going to make a big purchase on the spot without looking into it more, so at times i'm turned off from the interactions with the staff. I would prefer their understanding and a written estimate with further explanation.

Came in first thing in the morning, David came out looked at my car , recommended what to do. My wife and I went for a walk, had some breakfast David called us , said our car was ready. Very easy
