Big O Tires

The service was very good, the price given by the sales person was inline with tire prices i had been quoted prior to visiting your location. At first I was disappointed thinking that the tires were to hard causing an uncomfortable ride. Then I thought I would check the air pressure as it may be too much what I found was that all four tires were at a different level of pressure anywhere from 45 to 65 lb per tire. A tire of this size on a vehicle of this weight shouldn't be any more than about 35 lb of air pressure for comfort, and they should be equal. Other than tire pressure issue I was satisfied with the service.

Called explained what I was looking for asooiate located and installed no hassle no long wait!

The staff rotated my tires very quickly and were very polite. My only complaint was that despite the store opening at 7:30, I was told I couldn't get an appointment until 8:00 because the staff needed to get ready and set up. This seems like something that should be done prior to the REAL opening at 7:30.

Work went exactly as I had hoped. End result exceeded my expectations. Time needed to perform work was quite reasonable.

Had to get a tire repaired for a small leak and without question big O staff have always provided top rate service. I will always use big O and was very happy to have them available since I was 400 miles from my home Big O store

Awesome service

So far so good. Service was finished in a day as promised.

We are on vacation and needed a unique tire due to a puncture in the sidewall. This location was helpful and got me a tired the next morning.

Service was fine, but they took the car in knowing that they were too backed up.

I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner. The transaction was quick and efficient. The store texted me when my tire was ready. Very fast and easy.

The job was completed as stated but it took 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. This was with an appointment.

1) Jesus is friendly and gave me a $15 coupon for my oil change (very nice of him). 2) Paul does a very thorough & professional job!

They do a good job here but never seem to have enough staff on duty.

Alignment service recommended by my mechanic. Excellent results
