Was disappointed this last visit. My jeep is now leaking oil. The staff was disorganized and I am not even sure they did what was supposed to be done. There were no notes or proof.

The staff at this location is great they are very welcoming and great at explaining the process of the car. I will definitely be coming here with any other tire changes and will recommend it to others.

I have taken my car here several times. I have no issue with the service that has been done to my car. I have a problem with the communication. The last three times I have taken my car there I have not gotten a call when it's done, and HOURS have gone by with no communication. The first time this happened you had my car three days without being able to tell me what's wrong and THEN transferring it to the Ford dealership. This time my car was there for 8 hours with no call from you. I assume it does not take that long to perform an oil change. I am just frustrated with the communication, and because of that may not be a repeat customer again.

Everyone was helpful and made sure my new tires were aligned. The only problem was that they didn't have chairs in the waiting area and I had to stand up. I am recovering from a hip operation which made my standing difficult. Overall great job and this is my only place where I get tires

I had an 11:00 appointment and when I got there they were very busy. I was told my car would be ready at 1:30. When I returned at 1:30 my car had not been worked on as yet and I was told it be another 1 1/2 hrs. When the work was finished I was texted and I picked up the car. I will probably return for service again but improvement needs to be taken for appointment customers.

You have my original review where I spoke of my issue with the front end alignment. After my review I received a call from the franchise; subsequently meeting with the owner. He immediately made me whole on the extra cost I had incurred because of their error. I very much appreciate his response and will continue to patronize Big O Tires.

Well apart from a mishap of striping a rear lug nut, front tires over inflation to 36lbs, well over spec. Not knowing how to use the device for checking out inflation sensors it took way too long to install 4 tires. Thought I'd give Big O a try over Discount Tires. Not a future choice

For the longest time I was trapped buying tires from a nationwide tire chain company, due to the fact that I LOVE to travel a lot. I have to buy from a nationwide company, thinking there was nobody else! And behold I found big O tires! First I would like to start with David as many questions as I had I was nagging and naggin and nagging, him, more than what he's used to I'm sure lol. And Shawn got round two from me. I hope anyone in search of great service and corporate reads this! These two guys dealt with my 101 questions and not once did they show frustration which would've been perfectly fine with me. But fortunately I got no attitude from either one, just nothing but pure 100% amazing customer service. I can sincerely say the best service than the last tire company I've been going to for over 15 years. I'm glad I found Big O Tires to have a BIG'O FRIENDLY customer service way of doing business! I love that they are nationwide and the service was friendly and amazing. I got the extra warranty which anybody with some common sense "that is very rare nowadays,"� would buy it without question! Cheers to the entire team oh wait and the technician was also kind and friendly when asking questions. My experience couldn't of gotten any better!!!

I went to get a free tire rotation that came with my tire purchase a year ago. The technician didn't perform the rotation because my tires had wear on the inside of the tire and if they did the rotation they would be liable. So, I took it somewhere else and told them what happened and they said that's not true. "What would they be liable for"�? "The rotation would lessen the wear."�

They're great & all... but when I walk in to JUST get an oil change & a headlight fixed, I don't want to be presented with a $500 estimate for all these things I "need"� when I know for a fact it's just an upsell. I don't want to have to say no more than 5 times to these unnecessary air filter changes & whatnot.

I usually get an oil change here because they had good customer service. I got an oil change and an inspection of my vehicle the other morning and there was a young male employee working behind the desk. He advised me I needed additional work on my vehicle. I told him I would probably get them my next visit, the employee asked "what was stoping me?". I explained it was due to the pricing and I wasn't prepared to pay the high amount. The employee then told me able the financing option Big O has and again responded I didn't want it at the time. This employee continued with the same question "what is stopping you from getting it done today?". Each time I declined the extra service. I know the store had to makes sales but I didn't want to be treated like I was talking to a car salesman trying to make an aggressive sale. I used to like coming to this location because of the customer service but this service turned me off to this location. It makes me think they are trying to make issues up to make more money.
