Recently bought a tire there that started leaking. The front desk person tells me they can do nothing to fix it because I never purchased a warranty. I ask if there is basic coverage and then he says yes after I probed. Puncture right on the edge of some made up line of what they will repair and call and tell me they won't replace it. Do not offer me to get a new tire to pay for. When I show up just hand me the keys and offer me no service. Never going back. Learning corporate mechanics are overpriced and lack experience.

I came in thinking I had a leaking tire. They removed the tire, did a water test and told me my tire was not leaking and I did not owe them anything. I really appreciate the honesty and all of the hard work they did with no charge! Wow

The case that my name was wrong on the email invitation for this survey is likely indicative of this store in general. I arrived at opening (730am) with squeaky breaks. I had new brakes and rotors put on my vehicle only 4 weeks prior at a Big O store in Colorado. I was told that the CO store had put on break pads that were not sufficient for the size of my vehicle, and that my warranty would only cover the same insufficent breakpads as a replacement which in-and-of-itself is rediculous given it was an error on Big O's side. I spent over 3 hours waiting for the staff to figure out the warranty situation, which for whatever reason, they could not resolve. I had to leave to work before any work could be done on my vehicle. I will not be returning back to this store.

First and foremost, I am a Big-O fan. I have literally been using Big-O for the past 20+ years. My wife took her car into this Big-O shop and they told her she needed struts in the front and urgently needed rear shocks due to leakage. My view was if Big-O says you need it, then yes. I was WRONG WRONG WRONG. Whoever is managing this store is not of Big-O quality. We took it over to the store in La Mesa and they said there were absolutely no issues of any kind. We will NEVER EVER go back to this store. I should be able to send my wife to the store and not worry about it. Shame on you.

So I came in on Thursday July 12 2018 for an oil change. When it was complete I got in my car the floorboard passenger side was full of leaves . They we re ent there when I arrived. When I brought the vehicle in the brakes were in perfect working order. When I left I immediately noticed strong vibration when I left. I was not able to return as I was on shift for 72 hours. When I returned Monday I gave them my keys explained the problem and went for a run ...an hour later I returned and my vehicle wasn't even looked at. After inspecting the vehicle they stated rotors were warped. As this occurred directly after the service without my brakes heating I suspect one of my rotors was damaged during the service.

Came to your store for a simple alignment was lied to an told that I had to replace the front end rod also told if I didn't do this the entire wheel would fall off thinking I had no choice went ahead with the recomendation by your staff to find out it had nothing to do with what was suggested car was worse off than when originally brought in alignment worse &out $500 never will myself or anyone I know walk through your doors horrible ethics feel robbed

I will never again go to this place the owner is a re@l problem David never seems to keep any good employees he has lost my business I will never return he let his last manager go and me and all my friends enjoyed having him work with us Dave has shown his real self he goes through employees and managers like crazy do not go here

I'm not sure if I should even give this a single star, but let me give you the details. I purchased two brand new tires from big O tires just a few months ago, in addition to having my breaks replaced and one of my rotors. I spent a lot of money. Less than a week after getting my brakes replaced they were still squealing so I emailed, called, and left messages to try and schedule something so they could fix the problem. I never heard back, and with 3 kids at home, a deployed husband, and full time job, I just put it to the wayside. Fast forward to this weekend, 3 to 4 months after purchase. I was driving my vehicle home on the 5 N, average speeds were fast. I was in the middle lane, a car to my left and one to my right....I was having no issues. Let me make sure I reiterate this, NO SENSORS were going off, my car was riding smooth. I have a really big vehicle, if I had a low tire, I would definitely feel it. Anyway, here I am driving along singing Shallow at the top of my lungs thinking about changing lanes because my exit is getting closer when suddenly... BOOM. And then jerk. My brand new tire, my front drivers side tire explodes. Somehow, by the grace of God, I was able to not swerve into the vehicles to my left or right, or roll my car. I managed to get off the road, slow down without destroying my rim, but my tire was GONE. Anyway, now that you have the background, my husband takes it into Big O where we BOUGHT THE TIRE and I purchased a warranty on it...and they charged us to replace it. They say that I had been riding on a flat and that's why the tire blew(really, my children are in that vehicle and I commute all the way to East County EVERY DAY) I would have been aware of a flat. Not to mention I work with a lot of guys who look out for me when my husband is deployed, they check my tires and stuff. They were the reason I bought two new ones to begin with. They would have told me if one of my tires was low or something was wrong with it. You sold me a bad tire and now you want to make me pay...again...to replace it. I don't mind paying the charge for the new warranty on the replacement tire, but to charge me labor? I also had to pay for a tow truck because the last time I was there the locking key for my rims vanished as well so I couldn't even change my own tire. I've got no problem paying for things when I need to, but I bought this tire assuming that Big O would stand by their word and behind the product they sold me....apparently that is not a thing so I will not be returning and if anyone asks me...don't go to Big O. They don't honor their warranty, they refuse to accept that maybe they sold a defective part (it happens, I work in an industry where it happens). What if I had rolled my vehicle because of the way that it blew? What if my children had been in the vehicle. How dare you insinuate I was somehow at fault when the tire LITERALLY exploded on the freeway. If you want to protect your investment, do not go here. They are not about taking care of the customer
