Big O Tires

We had purchased tires and brought them to your store to pay to have them mounted and balanced. After they were looked at, we were told that even though the tires manufacture date was not that old and the tires were stored indoors, that they were cracked and DANGEROUS to mount on our SUV. So they charged us $20 to dispose of the tires. Today we see the tires in the "used tire" for sale area and when we asked if we could get our tires back we were told we would have to buy them, but yes, Big O would install them on our SUV. Does this sound like FRAUD to anyone else? Definitely put a BIG O on my face!

Done in a timely manner

The worker there was very unhelpful. Unprofessional and basically felt like he talked down to me. He could care less about what happened and trying to solve the issue, so instead he just ran numbers on his computer and gave me a price. No other ways around it.

My visit to Big O Tires was to get a flat tire fixed. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Got my tire repaired in 20 min and off I rushed to work. Thank You!

Manager forgot his keys and everyone (including the work staff was locked out for about an hour at the beginning of the day until someone else showed up with keys.I went for an oil change. They then sold me a cabin filter and tried to sell me some tires (when I was told just a week ago during a brake inspection that my tires are fine).Classic RIP-OFF

I had just got into town from Arizona and discovered I had a flat tire. When I googled a tire repair shop, Big O was the closest. When I drove up they were packed. I asked them if they had time to fix my tire. The got me in, my tire was unrepairable, but they sold me a new one, put it on, and I was back to enjoying my vacation in about an hour. I appreciate them so much!!
