This Big O Tires Store has been my "go to" "first choice" store for my cars for the past ten years, when I returned to my home town, Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA. I have ALWAYS been treated with courtesy and respect, with nice smiles thrown in for free.

All the staff were attentive and polite. They did more than what was expected and completed my car quickly. The desk people were friendly and engaging. It was a plesent time and the desk people were fun to spend time with.

Drove to San Diego for vacation and ran over a huge bolt on our first day. Went to this location to see if tire could be fixed. Being as it was a run flat tire, it could not. Giovanni helped us order two new tires, kept my car overnight and made arrangements to have them delivered and replaced by the next day. He called me several times the following day to keep me informed of the progress of my tire installation and when we could pick my car back up and continue on with our vacation plans. Giovanni and the rest of the Big O Tire team turned our bad situation into a mild inconvenience.
