I always go to Big O on Gateway in Los Angeles for any tire issue. They have a great attitude making me feel secure in my choices. The service is prompt, excellent and always with a smile.

The service was good and fast

I come here all the time for an oil change, and the past two times I have made an appointment and waited at least an hour to be done. I have been in for an oil change without an appointment and still waited the same amount of time for an appointment. This location is always busy every time I come in so I understand it somewhat, but there needs to be someone free waiting for that appointment to come in so they can get the appointment out the way.

In a nut shell, I made my appointment on line, was called by Mario within 15 minutes to verify my needs and actually moved my appoint to a more convenient time for me. Mario did a great job.!

Although everything was great with customer service, my wheels got extremely dirty after they changed tires. I've actually had to take the truck for a car wash just because of that. It would be great if they keep the rims as clean as when they get the car for service.

Mario is the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and all with a great big smile. I had my tires changed, waited and received excellent service. I will recommend Big O, and Mario, to all my family, friends and associates. Thank you!

I have been doing all my car servicing and repairs at Big O Tires for over 10 years. I find them to be highly competent and honest. They only do the work required. NEVER ADDING UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. Car is always ready when scheduled.

I have had great service for over 15 years, but this time, they mentioned a problem to me without putting it down on the receipt. The head mechanic mentioned that my driver side strut mount was broken because there was a difference in how it looked to the drivers side. I did see some small wear, but I am not a trained mechanic. This made me feel something deceptive was going on since they did not document the problem.

All four tires were replaced with new good quality tires Goodyear brand
