Big O Tires

I went in for a tire rotation appointment and still ended up being there for over an hour, so what is the point of making an appointment if your are not in and out for a tire rotation. My suggestion is improve the appointment system.

Used them for a routine tire rotation. It was fine, except that now there's a strange noise from my left front wheel that I will need to have checked out.

Had uneven tire wear due to alignment being off so I brought in the car for 4 new tires and an alignment. There was barely a difference in the before and after numbers, car still pulls slightly to the right, mild shake on the highway, and I am worries my tires will wear. I just bought the car and 1 hour before I had the tire appointment I took it to my mechanic to run though the suspension and all steering, drivetrain, engine components and got the green light that there were not issues other than tires/alignment. I asked why there wasn't much of a change in the alignment and was told that though the camber is -2.1 degrees on the passenger side that they cannot adjust it, although the drivers side alignment was in good shape. I understand if we can get much of a change in the rear since the control arms aren't adjustable but you can adjust alignment in the front. (What's the point of an alignment if you can adjust anything, and still charge me for one??) Anyway, not too pleased and counting down the days when my tires will burn up.

I paid $600 for parts replacement because my car was making noises, and it's still making those same noises.

Mario was excellent. Provided knowledge and expertise about tires. Whole experience was smooth, start to finish!

The service to my vehicle presented a problem. I reported the problem. The problem was verified. The problem was addressed and corrective action was taken. The corrective action didn't correct the problem with my car, which persisted. I had to return to the store a couple more times. I did get a customer relations refund during my last store visit, but the problem still persists.

I only booked an appointment here because of a promotion. $29.99 for oil change service. The person helping me rudly informed me that I won't be able to use the coupon because my Prius needs synthetic oil. He also made sure to finish his McDonalds Apple Pie at the same time. After that, I was quoted $58 for the service, double what I expected to pay and ensuring that I will never come here for service again. I put half the blame on the Big O Tires website for lack of information and prompts when I booked the appointment on the website. The other half goes to the staff, who were not accommodating at all and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. This is why I normally get service at Culver City Toyota. They might be more expensive, they might take longer, they might upsell me on stuff I don't need, but at least they do it with a smile and a handshake. A little goes a long way.

Service was excellent. Price of 4 tires was great. Arrived at 8:00 am and went for breakfast car was completed when I returned.

I'm confused was I supposed to get an alignment check free? they just asked if I wanted to pay for alignment and didn't offer any check.

After speaking with the team in the morning, they got the tires I needed delivered to the store and installed them on my car a few hours later. Great service!
