I usually go to big O in the Bay Area but I was visiting LA so I went to the LA shop on Saturday to get my tires rotated. Unfortunately they were too worn to rotate so I had to get them replaced. Saul advised me to get new ones and helped me pick a brand. He was very nice and professional and I enjoyed his service! I can really tell a difference when I drive because he also did an alignment. Thanks Saul!

Great people and work

Though all four of my tires already needed to be replaced, a flat tire on Thursday led to my researching and using Big O for the fast and cost-friendly replacement, which included alignment service. Work on the car began as soon as the tow truck drove away, and 90 minutes later, everything was ready. I couldn't ask for more.

Professional service

Walter was awesome! He explained how well they rotated the tires and gave me advice that only two of the tires needed to be replaced instead of all four (which I had originally thought). His excellent customer service built my trust for the brand and I will definitely return for tire care. Thank you for being awesome!
