Great that they turned off my tire light. Inspected it for leaks, and performed the warranty free tire rotation service. Manager working Sunday 3/20/22 did a great job and was very welcoming.

I'm not sure that the person putting air in my tires after the balance and rotation knew that the back tires have a different air pressure than the front. I'm not sure the tires were balanced.

I used them last week to change a tire and they exceeded expectations from the moment I parked outside. Great customer service and super efficient with time. If you've ever had service at a restaurant where your everything was pretty perfectly timed and flawless, this would be equivalent. These guys left me with such a great experience, that you don't often get in West LA, that I will be recommending them to everyone. Excellent!

Mario was great. Got me in a day early and the service was fast. Didn't have the tires I'd originally looked at but there was a comparable alternative. Again, Mario was awesome.

Been using these guys for years. It's unfortunate that giving a good ratings means longer repair wait; however, these guys are worth it.

Staff knowledge and effectiveness

I used to bring my car into the dealership but now I bring it to this big o tires. Amir is the nicest and friendliest person on earth. He is always willing to helpout. Whenever I go there, I get greated and helped immediately follow by great car service at very reasonable prices.
