I made an appointment on line and it was confirmed in minutes. When I dropped the car off, the process went smoothly. I was told it would take about an hour to change oil and rotate tires, and the car was done on time. I used a coupon which was taken without comment. The job was done correctly and done well. I will gladly come back to this store.

I shopped around several place in the West LA/PALMS area looking for a set of tires for my Mini. When i called Big O I already had another appt booked for a set of tires the following day. I figured one more phone call wouldnt hurt. Im glad for that decision because Roz turned me on to a different set of tires (Hankook) that suited my needs better and were $50.00 less than the Dunlops I was interested in. Additionally when I arrived I was helped immediately and with a sincere welcoming attitude. These tire places are crazy busy so when I get good service in spite of the hectic atmosphere I am impressed. I recommend Big O and I am pleased with my purchase . ( The Hakooks are great for my Mini and my cabin noise was sinificantly reduced ).
