These guys rock!!! Said it was gonna be done sometime after lunch but even though they were slammed Sergio got me outta there around 11am! Great service left me completely satisfied!! I will definitely be back

Big O Tires is always there for my car needs. Dropped off my Expedition in the morning because I needed new brakes. Salvador took care of me in the front, I picked up my truck after work and the brakes were installed. It was that easy! I did not need an appointment and I got great service just like I have been for the three years.

Did not take long for my wheel alignment to be done and the front desk was friendly and kept it short and quick. Was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours

I was very pleased with the very excellent service which I received. I made an appointment. I arrived on time. Within 3 minutes after I gave my keys to the service manager, my car was on the lift and being serviced. This impressed me especially since the shop appeared to be filled to capacity. I was very pleased at how fast my car was serviced which included the installation of 2 new tires and tire rotation. This is the 2nd time that I have purchased tires from this shop. I appreciate the level of service which includes a very reasonable price for the tires. I complimented the service manager and told him that I go out of way to come to this shop to do business.

Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Price was fair.

EVERY ASPECT OF THIS SERVICE VISIT WAS PERFECT! I have a fleet vehicle and Hussein Najjar understood my concerns with the car and handled everything with the HORRIBLE FLEET COMPANY in a record amount of time and addressed my safety concerns with the car and the car handles significantly better now, THANK YOU HUSSEIN!
