I was there for nail in my tire.

Friendly staff, clean environment, and perfect timing.

As always, kudos to Juan and the Big O team for quality service maintenance executed in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner. I am always pleased with their service and the fact that they manage time frames for those of us that wait in the lounge. It's much appreciated!

The guys who work at this location are great! They are honest and really value their customers. This is the only place I take my car for tire related matters.

I was told at the smog check place that I needed brakes. The next week I took it Juan and his guys to check it out and I wasn't surprised when Juan said my breaks were just fine. Once again Juan and his guys saved me from paying for brakes I didn't need. I will always go there to see Juan because I can trust him. Thank you!!

Excellent service as always - I've been going to this facility since the 1990s! In addition to performing the specific services I request, the crew always checks other things as a matter of course (fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.).

George is always patient and explains service. Come here often for my wheel alignments ( 5 yr service plan)

I have always found the guys at the counter to be friendly and honest. As a woman, it is always nice to be treated respectfully in a mechanic's environment when that has not been my experience elsewhere
