As always, all expectations were met and exceeded. My only 4 of 5 was regarding product knowledge because the service writer did not know the factory recommendations regarding oil type for my Jeep, was it full synthetic, synthetic blend or non-synthetic? However, he did know the recommended weight.

My service attendant, Carlos explained everything cost wise in a professional and friendly manner, which I appreciate. During the time they have my vehicle, they kept me informed on the diagnostic center and where they were in the repair and discuss it with me test driven. They did everything they said vehicles working fine..

The wait was very minimal, and the employees are very courteous and honest. I wasn't pressured into buying extra services or parts I didn't need, and I felt appreciated as a customer.

Waiting room was clean and I was able to use the Wi-fi while I waited for my wife to pick me up. Service rep was polite and courteous and efficient.
