Knew what tires I wanted and this Big O location had them the next morning, for less than Tire Rack. Because my Porsche is low and uses centerlock wheels I had to help get the car on the lift and torque/untorque them using the Porsche tool, but the guys took great care of my wheels and my car. Very satisfied.

Just a quick oil change and rotate. Dave got the job done quick and easy.

Earlier in the day I had taken my wife’s car to the dealer for an “express” 30 minute oil change which ended up taking 2.5 hrs so to fill my “unplanned” sitting time I started looking for tires on line since they were arm and she had a trip planned for the weekend - I took a shot at going to Big O and they were redone and had me out with new tires in 30 minutes - guess the dealer didn’t understand “30 minutes” as well as the team at Big Oil - just saying

After a miserable experience with rude Techs at Evans Tires, I went to Big O Tires. The staff was incredibly friendly, very professional and respectful of my time and budget. They have a new fan. I will make sure my friends and family go to Big O in Poway.

The store manager, Guillermo “Gizmo” Seevers, provided exceptional and outstanding customer service. He actually met me outside at my vehicle and obtained the pertinent info he needed to write up the service order. He was engaging and pleasant to speak with. I observed him go out to the service bay and assist the one technician that was on duty at the time to expedite the service to my vehicle. My vehicle was serviced expeditiously and to my satisfaction.

I stopped in without an appointment to have the tires rotated and balanced and they got right on it. Very courteous.....good service!!
