Better than expected. Called around to several places and Big 0 reeled me in. First I went to Evans Tires and they were rude so I walked out. I called and Michael answered and he didn't sound rushed or annoyed that I was calling. Then I went in and David was at the front desk. He helped me with a coupon because I couldn't find it and had a generally great attitude. He didn't try to sell me anything extra or pile on bullshit. It was very straightforward. I felt good leaving my car there. My friend and I were even talking about how great the customer service was on the way out the door. Sadly it is rare to have such a good experience, especially being a woman without much car knowledge. I didn't feel taken advantage of or looked down on. Michael even called me several days later to followup on my service. Will definitely be going back, keep up the great work!!!

What a relief for me. I have been taking my truck and daughter's auto to a Big O in SCRIPPS Ranch since they opened... they were convenant but I had my concerns with their work.
