I am completely satisfied with this Big O Tire store. I went to a different Big O Tire shop a few years ago for tires and an alignment and they got the alignment wrong and it cost me a set of tires and another alignment performed at the Poway store. Your shop got it right and you have a customer for life

I had a flat tire and drove into the Big O Tire location at 4:00 PM. Since the tire could not be repaired, Sean was able to order the tire I needed and have it mounted on my vehicle the next day before 10:00 AM. I was impressed he was able to locate my tire brand in your warehouse.

Mechanics and supervisor went above and beyond to do a thorough 22 point inspection with detailed knowledge and explained the issues found in depth with the option of fixing it them there. Great service and very courteous to the customer.

Service clerk was courteous and explained my servic would take 1-1/2 hours because the was one person ahead of me. However, they were able to get the service completed in 45 minutes.
