Staff is always friendly, they keep track of my warentees and I never feel like the mechanic suggests more than what needs to be done to get my van running again

I had a Michelin warranty issue with one tire but because of the make and model of car, it was recommended to replace two tires. David worked with Michelin, negotiated the warranty/discount for the two tires, ordered in the new tires, stayed in contact, set the appt and when I arrived at the Big O - he and the team got me and out within 1 hour. It was a very smooth transaction and I appreciated the personalized service. I'll be back for sure!

The staff was very professional and quick in installing the tires that I purchased. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was in and out with four new tires installed in a little over 30 minutes. A very satisfying experience.

Came in to get pricing on 10/23/2021 around 12 noon. We were told they were closing early due to construction. We opted to purchase based on their willingness to mount new tires immediately. Very impressed with the service and speed. We will be back for alignment. I will also be bringing my other vehicle in for alignment. Great job guys!

What was suppose to be a simple tire alignment turned into a 3.5 hour job to replace a non adjustable camber arm on the rear tire to an adjustable one, plus the replacement of a stud that broke off while taking the tire off. I was informed that without replacing the part the front tires wouldn't be able to be aligned. It was my daughters car who was visiting for the xmass holiday and I had a Dr's appt to go to. I decided to get the part replaced and car aligned so my daughter could head back to LA. They went out of their way to find the part, get everything replaced and wheels aligned. I made my appointment and my daughter appreciated the service and headed home later that day. Thanks Dave and crew. You guys are customer friendly, get the job done and help out on discounts.
