The service person, Dave, gave me good information on my tire product options. In addition, he went above and beyond by researching how to clear the tire problem indicator on my dash, something my regular mechanic had never done.

all the guys there are great. knowledge of products and service are top notch. even when it came to more than tires there knowledge and workmanship were great. I had my steering break and they took care of it and the quality of the work and follow up were great. will continue to have all my vehicles worked on there. good job!

I delayed on getting my oil changed for almost a month. When I got the mail, there was a few coupons to Big O Tires so I decided to try a new place to service my car. When I went there, I expected only an oil change. But by the time I came back to pick up my car, the service member actually changed the 3 bulbs that were burnt out and gave me such a great deal on it! The customer service there was great, I will definitely be coming back to get my car serviced!
